Sold 9800 Pro.Paid prompt sent me email all was great.Week later he sends message card is no good,Claims it is bad and wants refund.I find in a post he had flashed bios,He tried to swindle me for a refund after modding card.refered to sites admin and a mod both of which said he could not get a refund after moidifying the card.

Very tricky move on his part,Had I not been sure card was perfect I would not have hunted down his posts and found out he modded it . As well as his signature which showed a 9800 Pro Flashed to XT..I was almost beat out of 135.00 for his errors.
Response from DamienKCYou're pretty cute. NO WHERE does it say i ever modded, or even ATTEMPTED to mod it. The ONLY thing I said was that I was interested in it, then it started screwing up. I don't want to bring other's into this, but I have talked to others since the day it has screwed up and they will back me up that I've never modded it. If you need names LMK, but they are reputable XS/OCF forum browsers and they know I've never modded it.May 31, 2005
